Hot Table Express is built on decades of experience and family tradition. Drawing inspiration from a Latin Abuela's kitchen and an Italian Nonna's table, our journey began in Mississauga in 1996 with a small hot table restaurant serving hardworking people looking for a comforting meal at the end of the day.
Over the years, that passion grew from serving local communities to feeding thousands at major festivals and events across Ontario, including Boots and Hearts and the Barrie Latin Festival.
Our food is made with the same care we'd serve to our own families and anyone welcomed at our table.
We prepare every meal in small batches, mixed by hand and cooked to order, using fresh ingredients that are locally sourced and grown, with our own in-house sauces, marinades, and seasoning profiles.
We focus on protein-rich comfort food, balanced sides, and meals full of flavour. It's like a family holiday dinner with the convenience of opening your fridge.
